The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities is our top priority during this unprecedented period of uncertainty surrounding the Corona virus (COVID-19).

Our offices are open, and we are actively monitoring government protocols and will take the appropriate and available steps to minimize disruption or delay in providing our products and services to our customers.

Here are some measures we have implemented, both within our offices and for our customers:

Sanitization:  Hand sanitizer is available and disinfectant wipes have been distributed throughout our offices as well as to our field staff.

Our field technicians will disinfect all touch points with disinfectant wipes upon completion of their service work.

Business Continuity: We have contingency plans in place in case our employees do not have physical access to our office, whether because of COVID-19 or another emergency. Our IT department has setup the infrastructure that supports a remote workforce to ensure that we have uninterrupted access to all our critical systems in order to continue to serve our clients effectively and efficiently.

Training Courses: Considering these events we have suspended all in class Service training classes.  We will re-schedule these classes when it becomes advisable to do so.

We will continue to monitor, evaluate and respond to this situation as it evolves, and will take all necessary precautions to safeguard our employees and customers.

We remain committed to providing you with exceptional service.  If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
