On September 24 a large portion of the Maritimes was hit by Hurricane Fiona, a large, powerful, and destructive Category 4 Atlantic hurricane. According to the Insurance Bureau of Canada “the storm was the most costly extreme weather event ever recorded in Atlantic Canada in terms of insured damages”.
With power knocked out to over 500,000 customers across the Maritimes, our team was busy getting as many generators in place as possible and answering the many calls for support and help. Our team reached out across a large geographic region, servicing and setting up generators, towable generators and light towers.
We are proud of our team in the Maritimes and their commitment to their community.
Here are a few of the photos our team took while on the road.
