Total Power is excited to announce its recent acquisition of Power Integration Services (PIS) located in Victoria, BC.
For more than a decade, PIS had established itself as the preferred generator maintenance and service provider in the Vancouver Island area. The former owner built a very successful company and we are proud that he selected Total Power to sell his business to. Total Power can now offer prompt direct local service support to its existing and newly acquired Vancouver Island customers.
‘This is a very strategic acquisition for us’, said Graham Clark, Total Power’s president. ‘We now have a local presence on Vancouver Island which will allow us to competitively grow our service agreement base and sell more power systems in the area’.
